How I handle what you send.

Who operates this site

Tapo Canyon LLC (Tapo Canyon) runs tapocanyon.com. Kyle Covan is the contact for privacy questions.

What I collect

On the contact form, you may send your email address, a website URL, a Google listing URL, and any notes you choose to add. I do not ask for more than I need to reply.

If you email me directly using a mail link on this site, you send whatever you write in your own email app. That is separate from the contact form.

How the contact form works

When you send the form, your message is posted to a serverless handler on Cloudflare and delivered to the business inbox by Resend. The page confirms when it has been sent. You do not need to open your own mail app.

I do not store contact submissions in a database on this website.

Who helps process it

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the form handler.

Resend delivers the message to the inbox.

Google Workspace is where messages arrive and are kept as ordinary business email.

How I use it

I use what you send to read your message, send a free mini report or follow up about the monthly check, and keep a record of the conversation if there is work after that.

I do not sell your information. I do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Messages arrive in business email at Google Workspace. This website has no database and does not keep a copy of contact submissions after they are delivered.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations. I do not use those logs to profile visitors.

How long I keep it

Email is kept as long as needed for the inquiry and any work that follows, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice. You can ask me to delete something and I will unless I have a reason to keep it (such as an open billing question).

Your choices

You do not have to contact me. If you do, you can ask what I have on file, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.

Changes

I may update this page when the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
